Tropical Fish
Tropical Fish is the nickname for Mullard metalised polyester capacitors. The nickname stems from the colored bands on the capacitors that designate value, voltage and tolerance. Mullard was owned by Philips since 1927 and Philips stopped using the Mullard brand name around 1988. So I reckon these capacitors pre-date 1988.
